Environmental and Sustainability Policy

At My Holdings Group Ltd, we are committed to sustainability in our all our markets, operating responsibly and systematically improving our performance across the whole sustainability spectrum. We believe this is right for our business both ethically and commercially. We are committed to our responsibilities to our clients, employees, and the wider community in which we operate.
Throughout our operations we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment through responsible resourcing, using reputable suppliers, and innovation where possible. We believe that investment in sustainable practices and installations will lead to an advancement in efficient, usable technologies, leaving nothing but a positive effect on the surrounding environment and community. Our top management is particularly keen to ensure that these efforts are tracked and quantified, so that progress can be monitored year on year.
This includes a commitment to fulfil our applicable compliance obligations and to continually improve the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system to enhance environmental performance. It also includes a commitment to the protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution and other specific commitments relevant to the context of our organisation. Our long-term Net Zero strategy is in development; in the interim, we are implementing a phased carbon reduction plan aligned with current operations and site transition. As our data collection and monitoring tools mature, we intend to align our future targets with recognised frameworks such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) or sector-based methodologies.
We have committed to reduce our environmental footprint year over year and to deliver on several concepts that form part of our core business strategy:
 The services we offer.
 The way we behave towards the people & communities.
 The environmental impact of the energy we use, with initial focus on efficiency measures.
 The way we travel when carrying out our services, exploring options to reduce unnecessary emissions.
 The way we use the earth’s resources to minimise waste and increase circularity.
We have established ourselves as a provider of innovative, socially responsible, and cost-effective solutions for construction and development services, encompassing modular construction and bespoke development and refurbishment. To strengthen this commitment, we are beginning to define goals, such as improving data accuracy across Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2026, setting preliminary reduction milestones towards 2050, and building the foundation for a long-term Net Zero pathway once our operational transition is complete.
When thinking about the principles of sustainability and corporate responsibility, we take three main things into consideration:
Environment: We invest in ways to protect the environment we live in not just for our generation but also for generations to come. Protecting the planet is one of the main principles in creating a sustainable future. This is not just a government issue; this is something we can all help to achieve. Our plan is at an early stage, but our direction is clear: improve measurement, strengthen governance, and steadily work towards meaningful reductions in emissions.
Social: We think of ways to ensure a sense of community and social togetherness to help this generation thrive and develop organically, paving the way for future generations to enjoy and maintain a healthy community.
Economic: We look at ways to efficiently use available resources to the best of our ability. One of the best ways is to look at where in the business we are not utilising our resources and changing the way we operate to ensure resources are used to their full potential. We also recognise that careful management of resources now will support both economic resilience and the evolution of a credible long-term Net Zero plan.

This report marks the start of our phased journey towards Net Zero, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and credible carbon reduction.
