Yotel
We provided the Yotel hotel with full refurbishment for both their hotel and adjacent office buildings. This included construction, refurbishment and fit-out services.
The Yotel has 261 bedrooms spanning over 10,000 m2 of new and converted floor space. Right in the heart of Manchester, MY has stripped the 1960s office building back to its concrete frame, formed a new double depth basement, before adding two new floors and replacing the envelope.
The fit out works had to be delivered adjacent to trading office in one of the busiest streets in Manchester.
The project included a state of the art gym and the now hugely popular Motley Bar and Restaurant. The public areas also include dedicated function space and several PDRs.
