Hamilton Terrace
MYC Group has been commissioned to execute a comprehensive construction project at 72-74 Hamilton Terrace, London. The project encompasses the demolition of the existing property and the meticulous installation of an RC frame with preservation of the front and side facades while introducing a new build behind them, alongside the construction of a new basement level and rear extensions. Additionally, MYC Group added a luxurious pool pavilion equipped with a gym and lounge to the rear of the property. The project showcases MYC Group’s expertise in complex construction endeavours, delivering ground works to high end finishes mostly in-house.
