MYC Group

Founded in January 2005, the company quickly established itself as a key player in the high-end sector, growing organically year-on-year to reach a turnover of £110 million by 2020. The group has successfully completed more than 250 projects as a main contractor. Our commitment to deliver projects, no matter what, has been one of the main drivers of our success, and has become part of the MYC Group “DNA”.

Throughout the years MYC Group has evolved and developed into a group of companies which has allowed the business to expand further.  This has led us into the Hotel, Affordable Housing, Office Buildings, Modular Buildings, Education and Public Buildings sectors.  Our projects to date have included 4&5 star hotels, low and high rise residential schemes, high end homes, cultural and religious centres, industrial, schools and office buildings.

This group structure has allowed us the flexibility to deliver a wide range of projects, in an efficient and controlled manner. We consider our structure the second element of the MYC Group “DNA”. This exceptional structure, along with our commitment to deliver, is what gives us our advantage in the competitive construction market.

As part of our structure we have created special purpose sub-companies to address the critical elements of the construction industry, which we refer to as “Niche Companies”. Among these niche companies are MY MEP and MY Façades. With a structure covering all critical elements of any construction project, we are able to maintain a greater level of control over the quality and progress of the projects, as well as increase profit margins.

The third main element of the MYC Group “DNA” is our continuous strive to improve and become better. We always look for new methods, technologies and systems that can help us enhance our abilities.

MYC Group is proud to have won several national and international awards, including the British Homes Award, the Marie Claire Sustainability Award, and the CN Award.

We began looking at Modular Construction due to all the above mentioned, it seemed to be a natural extension to MY’s structure. We believe it is the future of construction, and that MY has a role to play in developing and implementing Offsite methodologies within the construction industry.

Now that we have established a reputation in the wider traditional construction market, and specifically in the high-end segment of the market, we wish to bring that same level of experience, quality, and value for money to the modular and offsite construction industry.
