Tribe Hotel
The new TRIBE hotel at Manchester airport is a unique and innovative construction project that combines traditional construction methods with modern methods of construction (MMC) and offsite solutions. This hybrid approach ensures that the hotel is built to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. By using MMC and offsite solutions, the project is able to reduce waste, improve safety, and speed up construction times. The result is a stunning hotel that offers guests a truly exceptional experience, combining the best of both worlds in terms of traditional and modern construction methods.
This 412 key new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is part of a strategic development by MAG to increase Manchester Airport’s capacity and attractiveness to the local market.
This will be first Tribe in England and only the second in the UK. This 4* hotel, spread over nine-storeys, will also feature four restaurant and bar areas, working spaces, a gym and a crew lounge for airline staff travelling through Manchester.
MYC Group is acting as the main contractor, while MY-Fab will be manufacturing over 400 amenity pods, MY Facades are manufacturing and installing the facades and MY-MEP designed and are installing the MEP systems in their entirety.
