By manufacturing all of our system components in our facility in Northampton using lean processes and techniques we can both assure highest quality standards have been achieved as well as reduce margin on margin costs associated with “assembly line” like operations.

By using methods developed by our team of experienced building professionals and manufacturers our products enjoy superior standards in quality, sustainability, regulatory compliance. Our facility and team enjoy a healthy and safe work environment, allowing them to complete their tasks faster and to higher standards with greater satisfaction.

The manufacturing process is managed by skilled operatives who are supported by our in-house design team, using the best in manufacturing and construction technologies, both digital and physical.

Once the HRS steel super structure is completed, all internal finishes, M&E installations, windows, external insulation and some external finishes are applied by the same team reducing handovers and potential mistakes.

All products are tested continuously throughout the manufacturing process and at the end of every stage by quality control and technical guidance personnel.

Our inhouse professional MY Construction site team then carry out the site construction phase, demolition, groundwork, foundations, incoming services, getting ready for modules to be assembled on site.

The volumetric modules are transported to site, lifted into position, and assembled. They are secured and fixed, and our onsite team zip up the modules and carry out finishing touches. We then carry out the final testing of fire alarms, sprinklers and other lifeline services.

MY-Fab provides a full handover, with training and a clear and concise Operations & Maintenance manual.
