With all elements of the modules and wider system are designed, manufactured and installed in-house by the MY-Fab team, we can supply a full turnkey solution or the relevant products for your project: structural modules, bathroom pods, structural steel, aluminium windows and facade systems.
We made our name in the super prime market, now we want to bring that experience, quality and value for money to the modular construction sector.
MY-Fab’s main product is a structural steel based system with no height limit (though we are currently limiting ourselves to 12 stories), capable of catering for detached houses or multi-story developments.
The structural steel frame allows us the flexibility to deliver projects not usually considered suitable for modular (see Sailmaker’s case study) Other system advantages include: superior wall build-up resulting in increased fire safety, acoustic and thermal insulation.
MY-Fab’s steel-framed bathroom pods are designed to provide a practicle and stylish solution for any commercial or residential project. Our pods are designed for flexibility and durability. Using prime components assembled by our in house team means they require little upkeep and can last for years.
The steel frame ensures that the pods are strong and secure, while the insulated walls and floors keep temperatures regulated and consistent. The materials used are also eco-friendly, making these pods a great choice for an energy-efficient, long-term solution. Our systems offer a full range of window, doors and curtain walling products with various options for each application. We can achieve market leading u value’s and acoustic ratings when paired with various build ups of glass available.
MY-Fab’s offsite construction solutions centre produces some of the highest quality structural steel available. Combining almost 20 years of experience delivering complex construction projects with its state of-the-art technology and advanced manufacturing facilities, MY-Fab is able to produce steel that is far superior to the competition in terms of both strength and accuracy.
The steel produced in the centre is used in various construction-related applications, from structural beams and columns to complex structural frames.
