We specialise in high precision manufacturing and development of offsite construction solutions for the built environment. Our team has developed a bespoke steel-framed volumetric system which allows for incredibly flexible design integration. While most other modular systems are designed with repetitiveness in mind, at MY-Fab we aimed for a product that will be able to fully fulfil our clients designs and wishes. There are very few companies capable of producing full volumetric structural modules in the UK.
Why MY-Fab
Our main product, a volumetric steel based module, achieves passivhaus level energy efficiencies allowing for a drastic reduction in in-use energy consumption and designed with consideration of cradle to cradle principles.
Coming from a building background we offer a full construction service, eliminating complex supply chains and de-risking the full development process. We will take you from design to delivery.
From initial project design to practical completion, we deliver the full project in-house with all elements of the modules and wider system are designed, manufactured and installed in-house by the MY-Fab team.
MY made its name in the prime plus market where quality and attention to detail is key. We have now brought that same attitude into the offsite construction sector. As a group, we’ve been building since 2005 and have completed over 250 projects across residential, commercial, education and health sectors.
Our systems were developed to suit homes or structures of up to 15 stories and can offer outstanding design flexibility.
MY-Fab’s systems utilise tried and tested construction methodologies, using current tools and systems to adapt them to offsite manufacturing.
We have reduced the costs associated with project managing significant developments including defects and reduce the need for multiple site visits.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We understand how we build matters as much as what we build.
